Project narrative

On Sep 10, 2015, a conference about the second phase of medical assistance from China was held in FSM Embassy. The 7 experts sent from China have worked more than one month by the time, and it was planned that the group would assist FSM Pohnpei State Hospital for 2 years. It is part of the second phase of the Chinese government's confidential medical cooperation project. The second phase medical cooperation project includes a medical team from China captured in this project, and the medical equipment and supplies captured in #64559. The first phase medical cooperation project is captured in Record ID#40023.
