Update to Record ID#40726 In an interview on July 31, 2010, Chinese Ambassador to Costa Rica, Li Changhua, stated that the Chinese Government had begun to offer 50 scholarships every year to Costa Rican students, as well as providing dozens of short-term training courses in technology, journalism, administrative management, and other fields.
