Project narrative

In March 2006, China signed an agreement to finance 5 million RMB for projects funding training for state personnel in Kazakstan. The agreement was signed by the chairman of the State Service Agency, Zautbek Turisbekov, and the Chinese Ambassador to the RK Zhang Siyun.
