Project narrative

On September 2, 2009, Chairman of National People's Congress, Wu Bangguo, together with Cuban parliamentary chief Ricardo Alarcon, oversaw the signing of a $300 million loan agreement for $300 million loan agreement with China Eximbank for the continuation of an info-communications program and the implementation of a project to produce radio and television transmitters and satellite receptors.
