Project narrative

On February 26, 2003, Ambassador Huang Jiakui of China met the chairman of the State Emergency Commission, Defense Minister J. Gurragchaa, and informed him that China decided to grant 5 million Yuan of aid to the Bulgan, Hovsgol, Tov and Selenge provinces suffering from the severe winter.
