Project narrative

On April 15, 2009, China signed an assistance agreement with Papua New Guinea to provide an unknown amount of aid for the Sampun Rural Clinic Project. On July 7, 2009, China Jiangsu International Economic and Technical cooperation Group, Ltd. signed the construction contract to implement the project. The project was completed on April 28, 2010.
