Project narrative

On August 6, 2006, Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing visited Papua New Guinea and signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation agreement to provide special cash assistance to Papua New Royal Police Department for purchase of communications equipment and vehicles, for the Southern Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea. On January 26, 2007, Abassador Wei Ruixing with Papua New Guinea Foreign Affairs and Trade Ministry Secretary-Pei Pusen signed a transfer certificate to provide $ 250,000 in cash assistance to Papua New Guinea.
