Project narrative

On March 12th, 2007, the Chinese government and the government of Papua New Guinea to determine the exchange of notes, the Chinese government donated by the Government of Papua New Guinea 10 laptop. In Baku, Ambassador Wei Ruixing and the Papua New Guinea Speaker Jeffery Nate signed the above-mentioned donation laptops handover certificate.
