Project narrative

On June 17, 2013, Chinese Ambassador to Yemen Chang Hua and Yemeni Foreign Minister al-Qirbi signed an exchange of letters, which committed grant funding for the installation of three elevators at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs office building in the capital city of Sana’a.
