Project narrative

On August 30, 2010, the Chinese Ministry of Culture completed the handover of musical instruments and supplies to the Syrian Ministry of Culture. Chinese ambassador Li and Syrian Cultural Minister Riad signed the transfer certificate on behalf of both parties. Li Jingfang, cultural counselor of the embassy, attended the handover ceremony.
