Project narrative

On December 14, 2009, the Chinese Embassy to Syria made a donation to the SOS Children's Village. The donation included school supplies, such as school bags and stationary.

Staff comments

The Syrian SOS Children’s Village was founded in 1981 and it belongs to the Syrian branch of the International SOS Children’s Village Organization. As of December 2009, there were more than 100 orphans living in the Syrian SOS Children’s Village.
