Project narrative

On December 10, 2002, the Palestinian National Authority (PNA) and the Chinese Government signed a $2.5 million grant agreement to finance the reconstruction of Palestinian homes. Reconstruction activities were to take place in the towns of Khan Younis (خان يونس), Rafah (رفح‎), Al-Bureij ( البريج‎), and Beit Lahia (or Beit Lahiya or بيت لاهيا‎), which were destroyed by Israeli military incursions.
