Project narrative

On May 19, 2005, the Chinese Government and the Palestinian National Authority signed five agreements on economy, trade, and technology. One of these agreements was an RMB 50 million grant agreement for the provision of basic social services, including medical equipment, mobile housing, and recreational/sports equipment. It is unclear whether, when, or how this commitment was implemented.
