Description

On February 27th, 2001, China's Minister of Water Resources, Wang Shucheng, and and Israeli Ambassador to China, Itzhak Yaakov Shelef, signed signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to conduct exchanges and cooperate in water-saving irrigation and water resources management. The exchanges and cooperation will cover water resources technologies, management of ground and surface water, utilization of low-quality water, management of water resources under the condition of shortages, and concerned studies and training. The exchanges will be implemented by sharing data, working groups, trainees, and experts in the field.
