Project narrative

On April 21, 2005, China announced that it sent North Korea 480 tons of grain, a harvester and a seeding machine. The shipment from a Jilin province in China's northeast also included 100,000 saplings, 80 tons of rice, and 400 tons of corn, according to the official Xinhua News Agency.
