15th Chinese medical team provides medical equipment to Pikine National Hospital Center worth $30,000

Project narrative

In 2014, the 15th Chinese medical mission to Senegal offered medical equipment worth $30,000 to the Pikine National Hospital Center in Dakar. The donation which comprised of foodstuffs, drugs and hospital equipment, was handed over to the hospital's director Saliou Diallo. Diallo hailed the support that members of the Chinese medical team had offered at the Pikine hospital, especially in terms of offering medical service at the facility which was facing a shortage of medical staff (source: Chinese medical mission to Senegal makes donation to Dakar hospital people.cn, Chinese medical mission to Senegal makes donation to Dakar hospital factivia).
