Project narrative

On October 10, 2014, Nigeria’s Federal Government and the Chinese Government signed an agreement on RMB 10 million grant agreement for the provision of medical protection and treatment equipment to support the country’s Ebola response activities. The Minister/ Deputy Chairman National Planning Commission, Dr. Abubakar Sulaiman, signed the agreement on behalf of the Federal Government of Nigeria while Ambassador Guo Xiaojie signed on behalf of the Chinese government. The equipment was ultimately delivered on November 17, 2014
