Full Description

Project narrative

Based on the report from Lowy Institute, in 2007 China granted USD 0.31 million to Micronesia for construction for 171 solar-powered street lights. According to the release from Jiangsu Provincial Construction Group, the project is financed by the Ministry of Commerce and implemented by Jiangsu Provincial Construction Group. These street lights are going to be used in official residence of Micronesia.
