Project narrative

On September 2, 2002, the Chinese Government and the Government of Belarus signed an RMB 10 million (about $1.2 million) grant agreement. Belarus’ Trade Minister Alexander Kulichkov told journalists that the aid would be used to improve health care in the country. The donation was delivered on June 10, 2003.
