Description

On December 22, 2005, the Chinese Government and the Government of Albania signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA), which committed RMB 10 million of grant funding or the provision of computers and computer accessories to Albanian high schools. 1360 computers, 68 printers, and other computer accessories were handed over to the Government of Albania on July 2, 2007.
