Project narrative

In 2006, China donated $1.2 million for construction of the new house of the Diplomatic Academy within the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine. Mykola Kulinich, rector of the Diplomatic Academy within the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine, visited China in the framework of the Foreign Ministry's diplomats' visit to Beijing. The technical relief includes two computer and two lingophonic classes.
