Description

In May 2006, it was announced that the Chinese parliamentary delegation, headed by Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC) of the People's Republic of China Wu Bangguo, has donated last generation computers to Romania's Senate. Appreciating the Chinese parliamentarians' gesture, Senate President Nicolae Vacaroiu stressed that the desktop computers were to be distributed to the standing commissions and to the Senate's departments.
