Project narrative

In order to expand Chinese influence in Ukraine, the Chinese embassy to Ukraine donated to the library computers 35, more than 200 books. In December 21, 2009, Ukrainian Ambassador Zhang Xiyun was invited to attend the Ukrainian Parliament Library Information Center and Chinese corner opening ceremony. Vice Minister of the Ukrainian Ministry of Culture, Wu Cohan and people from all walks of life participated in the activities.
