Project narrative

On Sept. 5, 2008, Chinese government signed a donation agreement with Serbian government for the provision of a 10 million yuan worth of office equipment to University of Belgrade. The equipments was shipped to Serbia on June 19, 2009, and was installed by July 5, 2009. China Light Industrial Corporation for Foreign Economic and Technical Co-operation (CLETC) was the contractor for the provision and shipment of the donated equipment. On July 6, 2009, the handover ceremony of the 10-million CNY worth of Chinese donation of office equipments and vocal laboratory equipments was held at the University of Belgrade. The materials were intended to assist the University of Belgrade Computer and Speech Lab. Chinese Ambassador to Serbia Wei Jinghua and Serbian Finance Minister Diane Delagudi Norwich and other 60 people attended the handover ceremony.
