Project narrative

An agreement was signed on December 6, 2007 between the Russian State Professional and Teachers’ Training University and the Chinese Radio International (CRI) at an opening ceremony of the first Confucius radio classroom at the The Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University (RSVPU) in Yekaterinburg, Russia with Chinese cabinet member Chen Zhili -the co-chairwoman of the Russian-Chinese commission on cooperation in education, culture, health and sport -as an honorary guest. The radio classroom at RSVPU will be to teach Chinese language and culture
