Project narrative

On December 5, 2012, representatives from the Chinese Embassy to Russia and the Chinese Ministry of Culture attended an opening ceremony for a China Cultural Center (CCC) in Moscow’s Begovoy District. The center was launched to train Russians in Chinese calligraphy, paper-cutting, language, painting, and martial-arts. Additionally, the CCC holds Chinese film and other artistic mediums presentations.
