Project narrative

In 2008, Xinjiang Normal University helped established a Confucius Institute at Tajikistan's Nationality University. The Institute has operated for over 10 years now, growing from 200 students to over 4,000 students. The Institute has offered language training, cultural exchanges, and instrument training to the students.
