Project narrative

On January 26, 2010, Ningxia University and University of Dubai signed an agreement to establish the Confucius Institute at University of Dubai. On July 19, 2010, Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) approved the establishment of the institute. On March 23, 2011, the institute was officially established.
