Project narrative

On September 18, 2011, the Office of Chinese Language Council International (Hanban) officially founded a Confucius Institute at Minsk National Linguistic University. The Confucius Institute seeks to promote and teach the Chinese language and culture to the Belarusian people. This is the second Confucius Institute in Belarus. In February 2015, a Chinese Language Center opened at the Confucius Institute (captured in Record ID#66904).
