Project narrative

In December 2010, Moscow State Linguistic University of Russia and the Office of Chinese Council International (Hanban) signed an Agreement on the Establishment of a Confucius Institute. An opening ceremony for the Confucius Institute was held on March 31, 2011. Its offers both the HSK and HSKK exams.
