Description

In 2006, an agreement to establish a Confucius Institute was signed between the Russian State University for the Humanities (RSUH) and the Chinese Language Propagation Office under the PRC Government. Then, on December 26, 2006, a Confucius Institute at Russian State University for the Humanities in the city of Moscow was officially established in collaboration with China’s University of International Business and Economics. It was opened for use on September 4, 2007. The institute at the RSUH won the Best Confucius Institute of the Year in 2013.
