Project narrative

According to Hanban, on 29 March, 2011, the Confucius Institute was officially established at the Transilvania University of Brașov in partnership with Shenyang Jianzhu University. According to the Chinese Embassy in Romania, on 16 September, 2011, Vice President of Shenyang Jianzhu University (Chinese: 沈阳建筑大学) and President of the Transilvania University of Brașov (Romanian: Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov) signed an implementation agreement to jointly establish a Confucius Institute at the Transilvania University of Brașov. On 26 March, 2012 the Confucius Institute was inaugurated. The Transilvania University of Brașov will provide three classrooms to the Confucius Institute.
