Project narrative

On September 28, 2011, the Confucius Institute at South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University (SUNPU or Південноукраїнський національний педагогічний університет імені К. Д. Ушинського) was founded in Odessa, Ukraine. The institute was founded through cooperation between the South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University and Harbin Engineering University.
