Project narrative

On April 10, 2009, Hanban and the Institute at the Free International University of Moldova signed an agreement to jointly establish a Confucius Institute. Their Chinese partner is Northwest Normal University. On May 6, 2009, an implementation agreement was signed between the two universities. The institute was officially inaugurated in September 29, 2009.
