Project narrative

On December 2, 2014. Zhang Xiangchen, China's Assistant Minister of Commerce, and Alain Noudehou, the UN Resident Coordinator and United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Resident Representative in China, signed an agreement on the Chinese donation of 6 million dollars to UNDP for the global fight against Ebola. In 2015, China donated another $5 million to the UNDP for the fight against Ebola, see Record ID#44030.
