Project narrative

On June 2, 2010, Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao visited Ulaanbaatar to inaugurate a newly completed Chinese cultural center. The grant commitment date and value are unknown. The center is the result of a May 10, 2010 agreement signed between China and Mongolia that signed off on the establishment of culture centers in both countries.
