This project may be linked to or a duplicate of Record ID#2158, which is a loan of the same amount in 2003 that was also used to purchase equipment from Shandong Sure Boshan Pump Industry Co., Ltd. However, the commitment years and loan terms are different. Source ID 64700 says the loan amount is $9 million USD. However, AidData relies on the $10 million USD figure provided in the Bank of Sudan Annual Report 2005.
