Project narrative

On May 23, 2017, a Mandarin Center officially opened at the Ministry of Justice of Cambodia. Established by the Confucius Institute, the Center provides Chinese language training at beginner and intermediate levels. The center consists of a middle class and two junior classes, for a total of 159 students.
