Description

In 2016, China invited 43 participants from 11 developing countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbeans to the Bamboo and Rattan Standards Seminar for Developing Countries in Beijing. The participants will learn about bamboo and rattan standards, as well as industrial modes and be prepared to develop the bamboo and rattan industry upon their return. The seminar, organized by the Chinese Ministry for Commerce, lasted 21 days and was completed on Sep 27, 2016.
