Project narrative

In 2014, 4 native, Mandarin speaking assistants will teach at 12 Rotora schools under a program run by Confucius Institutes in New Zealand in conjunction with Haban, a branch of the Chinese Ministry for Education. Rotora has the highest per capita number of Chinese language school learners in New Zealand.
