On October 4, 2002, the Chinese Government issued an RMB 70 million loan to the Government of Myanmar for the procurement of materials to be used by the Ministries of Industry, Rail Transport, Health, and Electric Power. This loan was part of an RMB 105 million loan framework agreement signed in February 2001 (captured in Record ID#49935). Terms of the loan are unknown.
