Project narrative

On March 7, 2002, the Chinese Ambassador to Angola donated 19 computers to Angola's ruling Popular Movement for the Liberation of Angola (MPLA) political party. The Chinese ambassador hailed the achievements made by the Angolan people towards peace. It is unclear how much the computers were worth.
