Project narrative

In 2016, Chinese Ambassador to Republic of Congo gave the Congolese government a batch of medical equipment worth 620 million FCFA, intended to equip the ophthalmic departments of hospitals. This donation is apart of a larger operation titled "opération lumière", a campaign for free screening and treatment for cataracts in Congo.
