Project narrative

August 2015, the Chinese government announced that it had raised the number of scholarships for Sierra Leonean students from 35 to 50. This year also marked the continuation of the scholarship program after it was halted due to the Ebola epidemic in West Africa. The financial amount of the scholarships is unknown.
