Project narrative

On October 14, 2016, China signed a memorandum of understanding with Haiti to build a 1.2 billion USD electrical grid with wind and solar parks. It is unclear what type of flow this project is. This project involves several organizations, including the China National Machinery Industry Corporation through its subsidiary, the China Automation Control System Corporation. This memorandum of understanding was signed at the same time as a 800 million USD agricultural project described in Record ID#52642.
