Description

On March 31, 2016, Chinese Vice-Premier Liu Yandong visited the Faisal al-Husseine Basic School for Girls in Ramallah and presented a certificate stating China's plans to donate teaching facilities and supplies to the school. This was a part of Vice-Premier Liu Yandong's visit to Egypt, Israel and Palestine from March 25-31. This project is linked to project #52866, an agreement that was signed during Vice-Premier Liu while visiting the school pledging to provide 100 scholarships per year for Palestinians to study in China. A further 15 students were to be invited to participate in research projects in China. 60 more students were to join a Chinese language and culture camp in China.
