Project narrative

On April 12, 2016, Zhao Yanbo, Ambassador of Sierra Leone, was invited to attend the opening ceremony of the Chinese Government-funded Parliament Health Centre. More than one hundred people attended the ceremony, including the President of the Parliament, the majority leader, the minority leader, the secretary-general, and the health minister. The monetary value of this financial commitment is unknown.
