On November 27, 2015, an official donation ceremony was held at the Kenya International Peace Support Training Center (IPSTC) in Nairobi, Kenya; furthermore, the ceremony saw office equipment handed over from China, with Chinese Ambassador of Kenya Liu Xianfa present.
