Description

On July 20th, 2016, the official opening ceremony of China's hydropower technology overseas class was held in Rwanda. The delegate of the Chinese Business Office to Rwanda, Zhang Yongyong, the director of the Rural Electrification Institute of the Ministry of Water Resources, Xu Jincai and the general manager of the Energy Development Corporation, Kamanzi, attended the ceremony and delivered speeches. The 25 participants who participated in the 20-day training also attended the ceremony. This bilateral training course will promote the exchange of experience between China and Rwanda in the field of small hydropower technology. In 2015, China held the first bilateral small hydropower training class in Lu, training 25 technical leaders of Lufang Energy Group, and won the recognition and praise of Lufang.
