On September 8, 2016, Chinese Ambassador to Sudan Li Lianhe attended the handover ceremony of the wheelchairs and crutches donated by the Chinese Embassy in Sudan to the Sudanese National Union of the Physically Disabled. It is unclear what the donation of these wheelchairs was worth.
